TIMETABLE

With 20 years of experience, I found that the most effective way to train and achieve success is to be committed and attend two classes per week with a break in between. 

Please have a look at the timetable below.

I present two different programmes every week.  Your aim should be to attend on either a Monday & Wednesday, or on a Tuesday & Thursday.

To book your timeslot please send me an email or direct message to +64 210 252 5009 and don’t forget to book your first complimentary class to see and feel what Isoflex is all about.  It is important to book before attending as spaces are limited.

Classes are 60 minutes in duration.

Please wear anything comfortable with socks.
